As someone who changes his car often I’ve had a lot of experience with different dealers and I can honestly say these guys stand out from the rest. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable service then don’t hesitate to contact automotive cars. I recently bought an X5 from Graham and the team and they couldn’t have done more to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They offer modifications so had the full M performance + kit added and it looks awesome, they even had the car fully detailed taking out any minor scratches and I was able to get all the wheels diamond cut so the car was like brand new again. Graham and my wife even communicated without me knowing and arranged a surprise delivery to my home. I’ve never had a garage go above and beyond like this to make sure the experience was as positive as possible and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I can only speak for my experience but I’m not sure how anyone can review these guys anything less than 5 stars.

A fantastic experience on my latest car purchase. I’ve spent weeks looking for a specific car with that special spec. Automotive’s cars have that little bit extra of understated class and I found my perfect car. Really, really pleased with it, better than the advert described!

After having my fair share of bad experiences with used car dealers I'm always wary when purchasing used cars. That being said AC couldn't do enough for me and put my mind at ease.

I requested a walk-around video of the vehicle as I was an hours drive away from the showroom. I got the video sent to me within half an hour. I decided to view the car in person, Graham was helpful and knowledgeable about his cars, let me take the car out for a no-rush test drive, I felt no pressure to buy at all. I decided I wanted the car and I was driving away within the hour! And they sorted me finance out at a better rate than I'd been offered elsewhere.

Very happy with the BMW X5 45e purchased from this company. Travelled over three hours to collect the car, initially done the deal over the phone. Picked us up from the train station when we arrived. Allowed us a lot of time to go over the car once at the garage.
